Eiserman Update |
I wrote what I did on X/twitter about Boston game.
Cole Eiserman won't play this weekend, but is no longer on crutches. He's "week to week" according to Jay Pandolfo.

New York 3, Philadelphia, 4 SO/Eiserman Hurt |
Going into this game wrote they needed a point, they got one point. Had small good portions of this game, but the three goals were one shorthanded, one off a bounce, and one point shot Tsyplakov made a nice tip on. Flyers played physical, and hammered Schaefer who looked slower as game wore on, as Mayfield got bloddied in a fight. Sorokin was sharp enough. Warren was ok, a few mistakes but his first point. They could have won several times in overtime, Flyers goalie robbed Horvat twice. Overall they had six shots about 1/2 way through game, never trailed but after NY second goal, they wiped out shots against, and had pressure that did not carry into the third.
Overall they got what they deserved which was one point.
Hear from Marshall Warren, Simon Holmstrom and Patrick Roy after today's game.

Cole Eiserman left Boston College's game on crutches, and needs an MRI, did not look good.
